Have fun with fermentation! In this workshop, we’ll let the lactobacillus do the work for us as we make fresh sauerkraut.
We’ll also learn the science behind how fermentation transforms vegetables into probiotic powerhouses. You’ll take home your very own jar of sauerkraut and watch the fermentation process up close.
